You can schedule an appointment either by calling us at 847.991.6877, chatting via our website with our online receptionist, emailing us, or stopping by in person.
If you need to modify or cancel your appointment, please give us a call as soon as possible at 847.991.6877. We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes to appointments via chat or email at this time.
Please give at least 24 hour notice when you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. We do not require a credit card to hold an appointment or charge for missed appointments, so we appreciate getting as much notice as possible to give our stylists the opportunity to fill that time slot.
Walk-ins are always welcome! However, we cannot guarantee that a stylist will be available when you walk in. We recommend making an appointment if you would like a specific time or stylist.
We offer appointment reminders via email or text message for clients that would like to opt in for that service. Appoinment reminders are sent 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. When you receive your appointment reminder, you can instantly confirm your appointment and let us know you are good to go!

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash and personal checks. We currently do not accept American Express. Please note that there is a $25 fee for all returned checks.
